Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online betting and gaming services made available through the website pinnecler.com (the "Website") and its product Pinnacle. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective date: 1 January 2026. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the services.

Definitions

  • User / You / Your: Any natural person who accesses the Website, opens an account and/or places a Bet, provided they are legally entitled to do so under these Terms and applicable law.
  • Player Account / Account: The personal account registered by a User on pinnecler.com (or, where applicable, with a third-party broker that provides access to Pinnacle services) which is used to deposit funds, place Bets and withdraw winnings.

  • Broker: Any third-party intermediary or platform (licensed, typically, in Curaçao or another offshore jurisdiction) through which you access Pinnacle betting markets; in such cases, the broker, and not the Operator, may be your direct counterparty for Bets.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age

  • You confirm that you are not located in and not a resident of Great Britain / United Kingdom or any other Restricted Territory, in line with Pinnacle's global Terms stating that Great Britain is a restricted territory.

Registration Process and KYC

  • To open an Account on pinnecler.com you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, contact details and preferred currency.
  • You agree that the Operator and/or any broker providing access to the Pinnacle services may carry out KYC checks. These may include uploading or providing copies of:
    • Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence);
    • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar, typically not older than 3 months);

Account Use and Security

  • You may hold only one Account for Pinnacle on pinnecler.com. Creating multiple accounts, either directly or via a broker, is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must:
    • Keep your username and password secret;
    • Use strong, unique passwords and update them regularly;
    • Immediately notify support if you suspect unauthorised access.

  • If you access Pinnacle markets via a broker, you acknowledge that your primary contractual relationship for Bets may be with that broker under its own Curacao or other licence, and you must review and accept the broker's terms in addition to these Terms.

  • You are encouraged to gamble responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose.
  • Because the Operator does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, GamStop self-exclusion does not apply to your Account.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets

Settlement, Cancellation and Errors

  • Bets are settled on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or, for casino games, by the random number generator (RNG) or live dealer outcome, as applicable.
  • If an "obvious error" occurs (for example, an incorrect line, handicap, odds or event detail clearly inconsistent with the true market), the Operator may declare the Bet void or settle it at the correct odds, acting reasonably and in good faith.
  • Once placed and accepted, Bets cannot usually be cancelled or modified by you. Cash-out features, where offered, are discretionary and may be withdrawn or unavailable for specific Bets or markets.
  • In the event of system or network failure, Bets that have been correctly recorded in the Operator's transaction logs shall stand. Bets that were not recorded as accepted will be invalid.

Gameplay Conduct and Chat Rules

  • You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated systems, exploitation of software bugs, or any behaviour that provides an unfair advantage.

Exclusions and Limitations
